Developing exceptional leaders for students and schools.

Why Kossoy Consulting?

Stacie is a passionate leader and advocate in education with nearly 20 years of experience from top-to-bottom of school districts. She has been a district leader who managed principals, built a school from the ground up as a principal, and spent years as a teacher in a classroom. It has been her mission to create schools where children in underserved communities have access to education that gives them the tools they need to pursue their dreams. She has a life-long commitment to anti-racism and has taken explicit actions to adjust curriculum, student and teacher experience, and systems to be more equitable, just, and inclusive.

She can help you and your school grow and flourish.

Ways to work together:

Leadership Coaching
If you want:

  • An experienced, reflective thought partner

  • A confidential space where you can grow and evolve as a leader

  • A partner to reflect on how race, identity, and bias show up and effect your leadership

  • To find sustainability in your work

Strategic Advising:
Might be right if you are:

  • Founding or strengthening an early childhood program

  • Adopting a new curriculum or instructional vision

  • Wanting to improve instruction through a cycle of goal setting, observation, feedback and data analysis

  • Evolving your school culture to be grounded in relationships and focused on the whole child

  • Making key decisions or managing change as part of an evolution of your organization or program

Additional Capacity:
Might be right if:

  • Your team is in need of extra capacity due to transition.

  • You are beginning or continuing a project that you need added capacity or support for.

Being a Senior Leader is hard and the work can often feel isolating. Sustainability comes from being surrounded a team of thought partners that will help you reflect on both your wins and your challenges. Stacie’s coaching has been just that. As a coach, Stacie has helped me unpack the leadership qualities that are necessary to be effective. She connects patterns, poses thoughtful questions and creates a space for me to process. She is adaptive in her style and consistent in her mission of supporting leaders.
