Be the best version of you.

Leadership is hard. Coaching can help.

Coaching can help you feel confident, connected, and courageous in your daily life as a leader.

Stacie has a really kind, warm energy that helped me to feel comfortable opening up about what I was struggling with. She creates a safe space with some gentle guiderails that helped me figure some things out about how I wanted to show up in my new role. I think this led to an increase in my professional confidence and helped me make some difficult decisions. She is a truly incredible listener. I would come to a session and talk about various things, and she had this amazing ability to sift through it and find the deeper truths. I really sensed she was in my corner, genuinely rooting for my success. I felt like she saw the best version of me.

“As my coach, Stacie created a space for me to be vulnerable and honest. She supported me by being an incredible thought partner that was always solutions-oriented and allowed me to consider multiple perspectives. I am grateful to have had her as my coach because I know that her commitment to my growth and success of my school is lifelong.”

Coaching Philosophy

Coaching is a chance to slow down and press pause amid the hectic pace of leadership. I help leaders focus their attention on themselves and their priorities so that they can empower their teams to thrive. My goal as a coach is to help you find greater joy, confidence, and sustainability in your work that positively impacts the kids and adults in your care. As a coach:

  • I act as a thought partner—drawing out themes, making connections, asking tough questions that elicit important insights, and partnering with clients along the way.

  • I take a stance of compassion and curiosity to ask deep questions.

  • I serve as a mirror for you to see your best self. I believe that all leaders intrinsically have what it takes to be successful.

  • I create a safe environment where you can openly reflect, share challenges, and gain new insights into your practice.

  • I help you reflect on how identity, bias, and systems of oppression show up in your work.

Coaching Approach

I tailor each session to the client’s evolving goals, needs, and experiences. Clients drive the agenda in sessions based on what is on their mind. Coaching sessions may include:

  • Probing questions to spur analysis and reflection, and elicit wisdom within the client;

  • Discussions about readings, podcasts, and other resources or tools;

  • Role plays and other practice conversations;

  • Specific exercises or questions to help the client work toward her stated goals; and

  • Collaborative thinking around what is on the client’s mind.
